Regulations for the functioning of the Candidacy Evaluation Commission<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Article 1 \u2013 Object<\/strong><\/h4>

This document governs the functioning, evaluation criteria and responsibilities of the Evaluation Committee for company applications for admission to participation in the fair.<\/p>

Article 2 \u2013 Composition of the Commission<\/strong><\/h4>

The Commission is composed of 9 members, appointed by the fair organizer, chosen from among industry experts, institutional representatives and qualified professionals.<\/p>

Article 3 \u2013 Tasks of the Commission<\/strong><\/h4>

The Commission has the task of evaluating the proposals of the candidate companies according to the established criteria, in order to determine their eligibility to participate in the fair.<\/p>

Article 4 \u2013 Operating methods<\/strong><\/h4>
  • The Commission meets upon convocation by the President, who may be one of the members or a person designated by the organizer.<\/li>
  • Meetings are valid with the presence of at least half plus one of the members.<\/li>
  • Decisions are made by a simple majority of those present. In the event of a tie, the President's vote prevails.<\/li>
  • The evaluations are documented through official reports.<\/li><\/ul>

    Article 5 \u2013 Evaluation criteria<\/strong><\/h4>

    To be admitted to the fair, candidate companies must meet the following criteria:<\/p>

    1. Relevance and adherence to the sector<\/strong>
      The proposal must be consistent with the theme and scope of the fair.<\/li>
    2. Commercial value and market potential<\/strong>
      Evaluation of the company's ability to contribute to the success of the event and market synergies.<\/li>
    3. Product\/Service Quality<\/strong>
      Innovation, quality, certifications and distinctiveness compared to the competition.<\/li>
    4. Representativeness of Made in Italy.<\/strong>
      The application must come from a company that represents products and\/or services that reflect Italian values or are produced entirely in Italy . Specifically, the company must demonstrate that its products or services are made in Italy or express a strong connection to Italy's cultural, artisanal, and manufacturing heritage.<\/li>
    5. Impact and visibility<\/strong>
      Potential for visibility and ability to attract visitors and the public.<\/li>
    6. Compliance with logistical and organizational requirements<\/strong>
      Compliance with the set-up, safety, and logistics methods required by the event.<\/li><\/ol>

      Article 6 \u2013 Responsibilities of the Commission<\/strong><\/h4>
      • The Commission takes responsibility for adopting a transparent, objective and reasoned evaluation method.<\/li>
      • It is responsible for ensuring a fair and impartial process, avoiding favoritism or conflicts of interest.<\/li>
      • Decisions must be documented and justified in the minutes of the meeting.<\/li>
      • The Commission undertakes to respect the deadlines established for the evaluations and to promptly communicate the results to the candidate companies.<\/li><\/ul>

        Article 7 \u2013 Checks and appeals<\/strong><\/h4>

        Companies may appeal against decisions, according to the methods and terms established by the organiser.<\/p>

        Article 8 \u2013 Entry into force<\/strong><\/h4>
